A graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2014, Stephanie likes to shape her treatments to the individual and their personal goals, while encouraging an emphasis on relaxation and de-stressing. She believes relaxation is an integral part to healing any form of injury and can be easily overlooked.
Some of her treatment modalities and experiences include joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, and Swedish massage.
So whether you’re experiencing chronic headaches, general tension, insomnia, sports injuries or any form of musculoskeletal ailment, Stephanie is more than happy to find the right path you need to take in order to reach your recovery goals.
As a bodyworker in the spa industry, she practised many modalities for relaxation and stress relief, including shiatsu, aromatherapy and reflexology. She wanted to build more on her knowledge of the therapeutic technique and human anatomy, and decided to take the next step and become an RMT. She enjoys applying the knowledge and skills acquired during the program in her practice. Focusing on rehabilitative massage, Sonia uses a wide variety of techniques in treatment, including- but not limited to; trigger point therapy; contractile myofascial release; joint mobilizations; active stretching, hot stone therapy and Swedish massage.
She is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal levels of health and wellness in their life through assessment and treatment tailored to their specific needs. She believes in a whole body approach to treatment and relaxation.
Angela uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and muscle energy techniques. She takes a comprehensive overview of the clients presentations and tailors the treatment accordingly. She believes that home care exercises are also an integral part of the treatment plan for an optimal health program.
She is new to Langley and is looking forward to exploring it with her young son.
For your convenience, she can direct bill your treatment to most benefit providers including: Pacific Blue Cross, RCMP Medavie Blue Cross (with your doctor's note), Sunlife, Manulife, Canada Life, and Desjardins.

Stephanie’s genuine passion for the mind and body naturally led her to seek out a vast array of alternative health care methods over the years, both for herself and just as a general interest. Yoga and Massage Therapy became two of her favourite ways to reduce stress related symptoms and eventually decided that she wanted to learn more. In 2015, she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and transitioned out of her work in Social Services and into Massage Therapy. Stephanie graduated from WCCMT and completed registration exams in 2018.
As an RMT, Stephanie hopes to support individuals toward reaching their own wellness goals, from reducing pain and tension as a result of stress to assisting with rehabilitation after an accident or injury. She will provide an assessment and tailor each treatment specifically with your goals in mind.
