Stephanie Shuttleworth

Stephanie Shuttleworth

Prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Stephanie spent nearly a decade working in Social Services. While working one on one with many individuals that had endured various forms of trauma, she learned very quickly the importance of her own self-care practice in order to maintain optimal wellness.

Stephanie’s genuine passion for the mind and body naturally led her to seek out a vast array of alternative health care methods over the years, both for herself and just as a general interest. Yoga and Massage Therapy became two of her favourite ways to reduce stress related symptoms and eventually decided that she wanted to learn more. In 2015, she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and transitioned out of her work in Social Services and into Massage Therapy. Stephanie graduated from WCCMT and completed registration exams in 2018.

As an RMT, Stephanie hopes to support individuals toward reaching their own wellness goals, from reducing pain and tension as a result of stress to assisting with rehabilitation after an accident or injury. She will provide an assessment and tailor each treatment specifically with your goals in mind.
